BrauBeviale

BrauBeviale 2024 is one of the leading international trade fairs for the beverage industry, focusing primarily on the European market. Held from 26th-28th November, in Nuremberg, Germany, the event attracts exhibitors and visitors from all over the world, offering a broad platform to explore the latest trends and technologies in the beverage industry, from production and packaging to marketing.

With over 900 exhibitors, this years theme “We Unite Variety” highlights the events emphasis on diverse solutions, innovation and collaboration across different sectors of the beverage industry. It also provides a networking opportunity for like-minded businesses, fostering a collaborative environment.

BrauBeviale will also address current industry challenges, such as the rising cost of production and the change in consumer behaviour and the growing demand for non-alcoholic drinks. We can expect a wide range of products, solutions and new technologies with the view of improving production efficiency, sustainability and quality control.

FlavorActiV

FlavorActiV are leading the improvement of food and beverage quality through innovative Global Sensory Solutions. Our holistic approach combines trained expert sensory panels with advanced analytical instruments, such as the MicroESR or the E-Nose, in order to augment human sensory evaluation.

Through vigorous training followed by regular calibration of the panel’s sensory capabilities, we can ensure consistency of taste and quality across global production. Aswell as this, by validating human perception with data-driven insights we have the ability to enhance reliability of sensory assessments.

We will be showcasing these aspects to demonstrate the importance of each individually, as well as a combined method to provide sensory improvements in the QC aspect of production.
