The Specialty Coffee Expo will take place from 12 to 14 April 2024. Regarded as one of the most anticipated events in the coffee industry, the expo will be held in Chicago this year – an area known for its rich culinary scene and thriving coffee culture, providing the perfect backdrop for attendees to immerse themselves in all things coffee.

The expo serves as a platform for showcasing latest trends, innovation, and developments in speciality coffee, with the SCA working all year round to create an event that will be all-inclusive for every aspect of the coffee industry. The event this year will include SCA Lectures, Coffee Design Awards, Cupping Exchange and Tasting Rooms, SCA Workshops, Roaster Village and a number of coffee competitions. Michael will also be talking about our Flavour Standards for Coffee and running some live tasting sessions on Friday 12th April from 11am to 12pm in room E264. The Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) is a non-profit organisation that represents the global specialty coffee community.
