Trends in Brewing refers to the international symposium, held in Belgium, Leuven. This 16th edition event provides a platform for professionals and enthusiasts to share knowledge and discover new trends. Commencing from 6th to 9th April with the theme focusing on ‘Innovations in Products and Processes’, uniting individuals in the malting and brewing industry from around the world to discuss emerging trends in beer production. FlavorActiV’s Global Director of Sensory, Dr Boris Gadzov will be delivering a technical presentation on Beer Complexity v. Freshness, in the Promotion Hall on Monday 7th April at 5.45pm.
